Join Us in Safeguarding Patient Safety Across Borders

As part of our Global Patient Safety team, we work together to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. We're excited to welcome a Pharmacovigilance Analyst to our Belgium office to support PV activities across the France Benelux cluster.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. We collaborate across teams and borders to maintain a robust local PV system that aligns with European and national regulations, as well as Baxter's global standards.

What We'll Achieve Together
  • Manage Local PV Cases: Collect, document, and follow up on pharmacovigilance cases in line with procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Ensure PV Quality: Carry out reconciliations, quality assurance, and deviation/CAPA oversight; monitor performance measures and contribute to quality assessments

  • Support Audits & Inspections: Prepare documentation and participate in internal and external audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address findings

  • Implement PV Agreements: Assist in the setup and maintenance of Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs) and PV Agreements

  • Collaborate Across the Cluster: Support the France PV team with daily operations and projects, fostering knowledge sharing and seamless execution

What You Bring to Our Team
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (e.g. Biology)

  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English—essential for working in a multilingual environment

  • Experience managing PV cases in compliance with regulatory standards

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Additional training or certification in Pharmacovigilance is a plus

  • A collaborative approach and dedication to patient safety
